What is very important is that honey is a natural sweetener that can be used instead of sugar in any dish or beverage. It can also be used in childbirth, but it is not recommended that the baby be given honey in the first 12 months after birth. It is necessary to gradually introduce honey in the nourishment of the baby, and it is very important not to overturn it, because besides being healthy, there must be a limit as when it is consumed.
Organic honey is very important because it helps to cure food in children, helps with spinach, acts as a laxative, as a probiotic, and it is well known that microflora of the vermin plays an important role in health preservation - beneficial microflora reduces harmful bacteria in the crevices.

Production of organic honey is a great challenge, however the conditions for its domestic production as some other organic products is not practicable.
